Quillin was in command the whole fight and had staggered McEwan in the sixth, but the bout was prematurely waved off even though McEwen seemed to have plenty of fight left in him.

McEwen was surprisingly dominant over the first half of the fight. The heavily favored Lee mounted a comeback down the stretch and dropped McEwan in round nine. Lee finished him in round ten. Time was :56.
